With the general refusal of councils everywhere to properly discharge the duties imposed upon them by their states’ legislation, an increasing number of victims of noise in general and barking in particular have become sufficiently motivated to take personal action and/or to form local, state or national activist groups. Miss Grazina Eiser is a long-term anti-Noise, anti-barking activist in the Woodridge area of Queensland. She is very annoyed that the Logan City Council refuses to properly address the many social problems in her area and is particularly concerned at the rising number of dog attacks there.
